  • We provide on-site assessments to evaluate skills in real-world work settings, hands-on training across a variety of industries, and personalized guidance on workplace expectations, time management, and effective teamwork.

  • From crafting compelling resumes and cover letters to providing in-person interview support and employer follow-up, our team is with you every step of the way as you begin your career journey.

    In addition, we provide:

    • Personalized career planning — Identifying individual strengths, interests, and goals to develop a customized employment plan tailored to each job seeker.

    • Comprehensive job search support — Assisting with identifying appropriate job opportunities, completing applications, and building connections with employers.

    • Interview preparation and coaching — Conducting mock interviews to build confidence, refine responses, and provide guidance on professional etiquette and presentation.

  • We provide individualized, one-on-one support to ensure each job seeker experiences a smooth and successful transition into the workplace. This includes hands-on assistance with learning job-specific tasks, establishing effective routines, and navigating challenges as they arise.

    To promote long-term job retention and career growth, we:

    • Partner with employers to educate them on appropriate accommodations and inclusive workplace practices.

    • Empower individuals to self-advocate by building confidence and communication skills to express their needs effectively.

    • Provide mediation and problem-solving support when workplace concerns or challenges occur.

    • Conduct ongoing check-ins to assess job satisfaction, identify opportunities for skill development and professional growth, and address any concerns.

    • Support career advancement, including promotions, role transitions, and additional training opportunities.

Who We Serve

Wings is proud to support adults with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities in pursuing meaningful employment. We serve individuals who may be navigating mental health challenges, need extra guidance through the job search process, or want to build skills and gain workplace experience.

Participation in our Supported Employment services requires connection with an approved funding source, such as a Medicaid Waiver or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
