Applicants must be 18 or older, in good general health, and willing to collaborate with a team to provide care and support.
Who Can Become a Host Home Provider
Compensation & Benefits: Host Home Providers are independent contractors who receive a daily stipend—typically tax-exempt—plus room and board.
Personalized Support: Each Host Home arrangement is tailored to the individual’s personality, strengths, and goals.
Guidance & Resources: All Providers complete a thorough screening process and receive ongoing support from the Wings, LLC residential team to ensure a high standard of care.
Thoughtful Matching: We carefully match each individual with a home that fits their needs, fostering a positive, family-like environment.
Meaningful Connections: Individuals enjoy their own private room, participate in family activities, and engage with the community through your household.
